Graphic Designer (Onsite)
Location: Welisara, Finlays Colombo Limited
About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at Finlays Colombo Limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives. This is an onsite role based at our Welisara office, where you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and design creative materials for both print and digital platforms, including brochures, social media content, website assets, and packaging.
• Work closely with the marketing and product teams to conceptualize and execute designs that communicate key messages effectively.
• Ensure all designs meet company standards and are aligned with our brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with external vendors as needed to ensure high-quality production of creative materials.
• Stay updated with industry trends and continuously improve design skills.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent attention to detail and creativity in visual storytelling.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to take creative direction.
