Graphic Designer

Job description
Noob Alliance is a Sri Lankan Esports organization focused on developing Esports talent in the country. We are currently expanding our social media team to include a graphic designer to work on graphics for our players and teams.

Responsibilities:
• Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
• Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.
• Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
• Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
• Communicating with clients about layout and design.
• Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as photoshop.
• Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.

Requirements:
• Proven graphic designing experience
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Illustrator, Photoshop)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field is a plus (can be ongoing)
• Familiarity with Video Editing Software is a plus (such as Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Esports / Video Game involvement is a plus
