About Hardtalk
Hardtalk is an integrated communications agency specializing in public relations, brand storytelling, and data-driven strategies. We help brands craft compelling narratives, build meaningful connections, and drive impactful engagement. As we expand our creative team, we’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life through innovative visuals.
As a Graphic Designer, some of your responsibilities will include:
• Supporting the production of visually stunning designs across digital and print media, including social media graphics, and branding materials.
• Developing and maintaining brand identity across all design projects, ensuring consistency in visual communication.
• Collaborating with PR, content, and digital teams to create compelling storytelling visuals.
• Brainstorming creative concepts and contributing fresh ideas to branding and campaign initiatives.
• Transforming complex information into easy-to-digest infographics, illustrations, and layouts.
• Managing multiple projects, meeting tight deadlines, and adapting quickly to changing priorities.
• Staying ahead of industry trends and continuously improving design quality and efficiency.
Think you’ve got what it takes to join our team? Great. Here are a few more boxes we’d love for you to tick:
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in an agency or in-house design team.
• A strong portfolio showcasing creative and strategic design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent communication skills to present concepts and collaborate with teams.
• Bonus: Experience in motion graphics, UI/UX, or 3D design is an advantage.
