Position Overview:

We are looking for a Global Sales Support Manager to oversee and optimize our sales support operations across global sales teams. This strategic role requires a highly organized and communicative leader who can enhance the efficiency of sales processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve global sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead & Develop Staff: Manage and guide teams in key areas such as Lead Generation, Tenders, and Pre-Sales.
• Sales Operations Optimization: Refine and implement sales processes to maximize efficiency across global regions.
• Sales Team Support: Lead the global sales team in contract management, quote generation, pricing, proposal creation, and more.
• Global Coordination & Collaboration: Foster alignment and consistency of sales support across regions, ensuring that global goals are met.
• Training & Development: Oversee the development and delivery of training programs for new and existing sales support staff.
• Customer Data Management: Ensure CRM systems maintain accurate customer data and sales pipeline records.
• Technology & Tools Management: Manage sales tools and CRM systems to maximize efficiency for global teams.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements, leveraging industry trends and innovations.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in sales operations or sales support roles, with expertise in atleast 3 years of SaaS ERP managing global sales processes.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, etc.), sales processes, and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a global or multi-regional sales environment is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other business tools.
