JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented General Manager with a strong background in travel and tourism operations. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and refining product and blog content, ensuring accuracy, quality, and engagement. You will also curate and filter high-quality visual content to beat showcase our tour products

Beyond content, you will actively manage administrative task and contribute to the overall efficiency of our business without being confined to a single scope. A strong background in tour operations is essential, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our offerings. Knowledge of SEO will be an added advantage in optimizing our content for greater visibility and reach

Key Responsibilities:
• Content Review and Refinement: Collaborate with content creators to maintain high editorial standard, by ensuring all content is accurate, clear, and engaging, resonating with our target audience
• Visual Content Curation: Curate high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand and ensure imagery is competing and of the highest standard
• Administrative Management: Oversee and manage administrative tasks and ensure smooth and efficient business operations by staying organized and detail-oriented
• Operational Oversight: Contribute to the strategic direction of our tour offerings, working closely with various teams.
• Monitor the overall performance of the business and identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Strong experience in tour operations, with a deep understanding of the travel industry.
• Age between 28 – 35
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reviewing and refining content
• A keen eye for visual content, ensuring high-quality images and media one featured
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to multitask
• Ability to take initiative and manage various business functions efficiently.
• SED knowledge is a plus for optimizing written content.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS
Skill Assessment
• The initial skill assessment is designed to identify and shortlist the most qualified candidates. This assessment can be completed remotely, as it will be administered online. The test will encompass a range of topics including Leadership and People Management, Business Operations Management, Remote Team Management and Time Management. Additionally, the assessment will evaluate your skills in Critical thinking Problem Solving and Communication with other personal attributes.

Interview @ Colombo, Sri Lanka

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview, during which they will also be required to complete a brief practical test

Recruitment
• A formal job offer will be extended to the candidates who successfully meet the criteria.

Work @ Daytripto
Successful candidates will be required to complete a six-month probationary period, which includes an induction. At the conclusion of this period, your performance will be assessed to determine your eligibility for permanent status, which will be accompanied by additional benefits. Should you meet the organization’s expectations for timely delivery, quality of work, and other key performance criteria by the end of the first year, you will be considered for promotion to the next tier.
