RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Identify and engage with potential customers.
• By using the technical knowledge and understanding a customers suffering points in the industry convert customers and develop and secure the Biz.
• Use the technical knowledge in selling to customers.
• Oversee the objectives and submit reports to the Principal based on provided guidelines.
• Conduct technical seminars for current and prospective clients, offering support and solutions to enhance their operations and resolve issues.
• Organize Lube Clinics for targeted customers to address product-related issues and provide solutions to ensure customer retention.
• Visit client sites during machinery operations related to lubricants. Analyze and resolve issues to provide value-added services and retain customers.
• Prepare and present Lube Charts to customers, highlighting important lubricant parameters for visual representation.
• Assist in preparing annual budgets and meet target sales for lubricants.
• Develop and nurture business partnerships by meeting potential customers and establishing mutually beneficial relationships. Manage debtors by minimizing financial risk by following up on payments and coordinating with internal teams.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Higher National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering automotive or a relevant engineering degree.
• Having Chartered Engineer status.
• Minimum of 10 years in a similar role, with a strong background in automotive and mechanical engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Willing to work longer hours and work outstation areas.
