Job Title: Front Office/Guest Relations Manager

Position Overview:
The Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the front office operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, and managing the front desk team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage the daily operations of the front office, including check-in/check-out procedures and guest inquiries.
– Supervise, train, and mentor front desk staff to maintain high service standards.
– Handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
– Guest pick up and drop off services
– Monitor and manage room inventory and rates, ensuring optimal occupancy and revenue.
– Develop and implement front office policies and procedures to enhance guest satisfaction.
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
– Prepare reports on front office performance, occupancy statistics, and guest feedback.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
– Valid driving license
– Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
– Strong leadership and team management skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Proficient in booking management platforms and social medias
– Ability to work flexible hours
