Job description
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and coordinate procurement, production, pricing, sales, and logistics operations.
• Enhance operational efficiency across business functions.
• Manage inventory and optimize stock levels.
• Identify and implement process improvements within relevant departments.
• Promote interdepartmental collaboration and address operational gaps.
• Monitor and analyze departmental performance metrics.
• Supervise staff, delegate responsibilities, and ensure smooth workflow.
• Develop and enforce departmental policies and procedures.
• Ensure the security and compliance of plant operations.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional qualification in ACCA/CIMA.
• 5 – 7 years of experience in finance or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• An MBA will be considered an added advantage
