About Us:
Digital 101 is a leading Digital Marketing company dedicated to delivering high-quality services.
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our growing team and contribute to the management and improvement of our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledgers, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements.
• Monitor budgets and forecast cash flow to ensure financial health and operational efficiency.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports for senior management and external stakeholders.
• Process payroll, invoices, and payments in a timely manner.
• Collect the client payments in timely manner.
• Meet the collection deadlines on time.
• Maintain a smooth cashflow in the business.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure adherence to tax and financial regulations.
• Handle EPF and ETF of the employees.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decisionmaking processes.
• Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation as required.
• Stay up to date with financial regulations and best practices.
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in a similar position.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and financial management principles.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel and experience with MYOB, RECKON, ODOO, XERO is a plus
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• A high level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Professional certification (e.g., CIMA, CA, ACCA, CMA) is an advantage.
• Previous experience with accounts receivable is a plus.
