Finance Manager

Job description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our company and the subsidiaries. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our company, including planning, reporting, budgeting, and analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of financial management principles.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.

· Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.

· Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decision-making.

· Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management and

stakeholders.

· Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.

· Manage and oversee the preparation of internal and external financial statements.

· Lead the budgeting process, including the preparation of detailed budget templates and guidance.

· Monitor and report on-budget performance, identifying and explaining variances.

· Update financial forecasts to reflect changes in business conditions and priorities.

· Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and operational efficiency.

· Develop strategies to optimize working capital and manage debt levels.

· Oversee the investment of funds and manage associated risks.

· Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.

· Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.

· Manage internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.

· Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

· Set performance goals, provide regular feedback, and support professional development.

· Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of financial goals and objectives.
