Region Square (Pvt) Ltd, a fast-growing BPO in Colombo, and the offshoring arm of Praddy Financial Consultancy Ltd (UK).

Region Square (Pvt) Ltd is a fast-growing BPO/Offshoring service provider with a track record of serving international clients, mainly UK, for over 10 years. We are the offshoring arm of Praddy Financial Consultancy Ltd (PFC) based in the UK. PFC, being a CIMA Practicing Certificate Holder, is a paperless, cloud-based digital accountancy practice who provides full spectrum of business, financial, accounting, insurance and tax consultancy for UK clients covering wide range industries across the UK. We are in search for energetic, self-motivated and dynamic individuals to join our growing team.

Our organization has been approved by CIMA and ACCA for the Practical Experience Requirement of the relevant students and a comprehensive training could be gained parallal to the employment.

Are you keen to:
• Learn state of the art accounting software to gain unique experience in managing UK clients in various industries;
• Have a continuous professional development alongside with experienced accountants in a dynamic, fast-faced team environment;
• Learn through a comprehensive training on Cloud-based software;
• Explore the opportunities to obtain a sponsorship to work in the UK (temporary or permanent basis).

Finance Executives (Senior/Junior)
• Degree in Accounting/Finance or partly qualified in CIMA/ACCA/CA/CMA or fully qualified in AAT,
• Prior experience in a BPO/Offshoring company would be an advantage, Prior experience in Quickbooks/Xero/FreeAgent/Dext would be an advantage,
• Excellent command in English (Written & verbal) with excellent IT literacy is essential,
• Flexibility to work UK-hours and commitment to a long term career with the organisation,
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity,
• A team player with can-do positive attitude.

Finance Associates (Senior/Junior)
• Follows qualification in CIMA/ACCA/CA/CMA or fully qualified in AAT,
• Prior experience in a BPO/Offshoring company would be an advantage,
• Excellent command in English (Written & verbal) with excellent IT literacy is essential,
• Flexibility to work UK-hours and commit a long term career with the organisation,
• A team player with can-do positive attitude.
