Role Description
We are looking for a Finance & Administrative Associate to support an Australian Insurance Adviser who manages multiple businesses. This is a full-time, on-site role, ideal for someone with strong financial and administrative skills who thrives in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Managing bookkeeping process via Xero software liaising with the accountant
• Preparation of insurance quotes
• Handling ad hoc administrative tasks
• Oversee tasks assigned to other team members, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Invoicing
• Customer service duties on a day-to-day basis
Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year experience in Bookkeeping
• Minimum 1 year experience in Financial Administration
• Clear, professional, and effective communicator (Oral and Written)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach
• Proficiency in Xero Software
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with a team
• Ability to work according to the Australian calendar is a MUST
• Availability to work 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM (SLT) is a MUST
