Position: Factory Manager / Operations Manager
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-time, On-site
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Factory Manager / Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our production operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong operational focus, proven leadership abilities, and a track record of enhancing factory performance. Prior experience in the packaging industry will be a significant advantage.
Candidate Profile
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
• A degree in a relevant field
• Experience in the packaging industry is a plus.
• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Achieve production targets within set timelines and budget.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards set by customers.
• Minimize material wastage and control overtime costs.
• Effectively manage and motivate the production team to meet operational objectives.
• Maintain an adequate and efficient workforce for smooth operations.
• Ensure the factory and its surroundings remain clean, organized, and safe.
• Drive continuous process improvements and efficiency gains throughout the facility.
