Executive – Talent Acquisition – Service Delivery

MAS Legato is the Shared Service arm of MAS Holdings, currently focused on Finance and HR and looking to expand into more functions within the organization. Embark on a journey of change with MAS, by joining the MAS Legato team as an Executive – Talent Acquisition – Service Delivery to ensure all operational activities related to the Talent Acquisition Service Delivery Team for Legato HR Operations, both locally and internationally are driven and implemented in a timely and effective manner based on SLAs/KPIs, whilst contributing towards identifying / executing process improvement opportunities, driving and achieving a performance driven culture through all internal & external stakeholders, thereby attaining a high level of stakeholder satisfaction, meeting business and operations excellence.

Key Responsibilities
• Sourcing, Channel Development, Selection & Onboarding.
• Contribute to the overall achievement of activities in the following areas within set standards and KPIs under the Talent Acquisition Service Delivery team within the Legato HR Operations for MAS, focusing on Executive and Above cadre.
• Liaise with Heads of Department (HODs)/ Hiring Managers and relevant parties on Forecasting manpower requirements, thereby engaging in developing recruitment strategies/ Policy deployment.
• Planning and scheduling 1st to final interview and post interview process in a timely and effective manner, thereby successfully hiring the most suitable candidate/s for the identified vacancy/vacancies and fulfilling the manpower requirement (permanent, contractual, internships etc.)
• Ensure to process all recruitment requests via Recruitment Requisition Form process (RRFs) and the corresponding JDs etc., coordinating with required parties whilst, drafting recruitment specs and advertisements (internal ads & external ads which includes liaising with MAS Corporate Solutions/ Advertisement agencies) and obtaining relevant approvals prior to commencing the advertising and recruitment/hiring process.
• Conduct the screening and shortlisting process (permanent, contractual, internships etc.) by evaluating applications received based on minimum criteria required to perform the job whilst, verifying applicant’s details and verifying documentation and completing other standard protocols (feedback to candidates etc.).
• Schedule and conduct standard assessments relevant to the vacancy, whilst liaising with identified HODs for technical specific assessments and engaging in the evaluation process and completing other standard protocols (feedback to candidates etc.) in a timely and efficient manner.
• Conduct reference/ clearance checks on the shortlisted candidates whilst, liaising with respective HODs)/ Hiring Managers and other persons to verify information provided by the candidates.
• Ensure relevant documents such as RRF, Job application form, Interview assessment form/ relevant documentation, CVs etc. are duly filed and handed over to the team to prepare and issue appointment letters and other necessary documentation/ Logistics.
• Ensure to report and maintain key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity related to the post interview process (past, present and future), whilst recording and documenting relevant and required details of candidates / hires in a timely, accurate and orderly manner, whilst maintaining confidentiality of data/ information and timely retrieval of data.
• Ensure a smooth Preboarding and Onboarding program is planned for candidates and new recruits, thereby improving candidate experience to increase talent attraction and retention.
• Develop and maintain cordial relationships with government officials Universities/Institutes/Professional Bodies and follow up closely with same to attract the best talent to fill organizational staffing/ manpower requirements.
• Conduct research on Technical and Soft Skills required for certain job roles to enhance the practical knowledge on the same and expedite the recruitment/hiring process based on SLAs’.
• Engage in developing an effective candidate repository (internal), ensuring candidate information relating to past, present and future staffing needs (this includes profiles received from external contacts such as agencies/institutes etc) are recorded and documented in a timely, accurate and orderly manner, whilst maintaining confidentiality of data/information and timely retrieval of data.
• Actively engage in problem solving initiatives such as 8 step/5 why/root cause analysis etc, in order to address process related issues and identify possible solutions, thereby minimizing re-occurrences and maintaining a smooth flow in process.
• Ensure to complete all pre audit measures, whilst implementing post audit findings, based on the audit tool, in a timely and effective manner in relation to all internal/external/ client audits, thereby maintaining /exceeding the required audit score.
• Support the Manager / Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition – Service Delivery in driving identified value projects under the team, ensuring necessary operational activities are carried out by collaborating with required internal / external parties, ensuring timely execution and achievement project deliverables.
• Ensure relevant documents, databases and reporting related to the following areas are updated and maintained as per the standards.
• Ensure a high and consistent level of client satisfaction with relevant internal/ external parties, effectively engaging and providing continuous and timely support whilst maintaining quality standards.
• Identify potential process improvement opportunities and take necessary action to implement same to improve the productivity and efficiency of the team.

Qualifications, Experience, Skill, and Competencies:
• Degree /Diploma in Finance / Financial accounting/ Economics / CIMA, ACCA or ICASL or equivalent professional qualification
• 1.5 – 2 years of relevant experience
