Executive – SLIM Business School: Front Office and Business Development (Fixed-Term Contract)
Are you passionate about business development and student engagement? SLIM Business School is seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team on a fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will play a key role in front office coordination and assist in business development efforts to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieving assigned revenue targets
• Handling front office operations, including directing calls and guiding students
• Managing certificates while promoting cross-selling opportunities
• Coordinating sales activations and lead generation campaigns
• Maintaining relationships with students to enhance retention
• Handling balance payments and related communications
Qualifications:
• Degree/Diploma in Sales & Marketing/Business Administration
• Proficiency in sales techniques, with strong customer service skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
