Qualifications:

1. Educational Background:

o Degree: A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Quality Assurance, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline is typically required. A master’s degree may be preferred for higher-level positions.

2. Experience:

o Relevant Experience: More than one year of experience in quality assurance or a related field is often required. Experience in a similar industry can be advantageous.

3. Skills:

o Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.

o Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality.

o Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders and prepare reports.

o Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve quality issues.

o Project Management: Ability to manage projects and coordinate activities effectively.
