Executive Motor Claims

Job description
We are currently on the look for an experienced, motivated, and energetic candidate to join our Motor Claims team.

Responsibilities

• Scrutinize motor claims prior to make the settlement/release repair approvals

• Accurately compute claims payable amounts as per estimate approvals

• Communicate all necessary claim documents relevant parties promptly and effectively

• Track claims and settled them immediately upon completion of documents

• Prepare claims, claim reports and statistics upon management request

• Cross check liability prior to settlement

• Ability to identify leakages and suggest appropriate solutions to mitigate them

• Attending to customer inquiries received through phone calls and emails

Qualifications

• A Degree in Insurance or Business Management is preferred

• Minimum 2 years of experience in handling motor claims is mandatory

• Sound knowledge in motor claims liability and claims processing is a must

• Computer literacy including MS Excel and Outlook

• Ability go an extra mile whenever required
