Executive – Motion Graphic Designer/ Animator

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the mentioned position at Enfection located in Kotte, Sri Lanka. This vacancy is for an onsite, full-time position.

We are seeking a talented Animator to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality animations for various projects. We need a creative person that lives and breathes creativity and isn’t afraid to think outside the box.

Here are some of the responsibilities you need to get your hands on;
• Create stunning animation videos based on provided storyboards or conceptualize and design storyboards from briefs.
• Develop 2D animations, kinetic typography, character animations, storytelling videos, and mini animated GIFs.
• Design original artworks and seamlessly transform static designs into engaging animations.
• Work closely with content writers, graphic designers, and the video team to produce high-quality outputs.
• Utilize Illustrator or Photoshop to create storyboards when necessary.
• Innovate with new animation techniques, including AI-assisted animation tools (if applicable).
• Ensure final animations are visually appealing, brand-aligned, and meet project deadlines.
• Be up-to-date on industry trends, tools, and techniques in animation and be informed on new trends and adapt accordingly.
• Revise animations based on feedback to achieve the best possible outcome.

Key Skills/Experience
• Minimum 1.5 years of proven experience in motion graphics and animation.
• Proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro (experience with additional tools is a plus).
• Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to create storyboards using Illustrator or Photoshop is an added advantage.
• A keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and composition.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• A strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animations, and creative storytelling.
• Degree or diploma in Motion Graphics, Animation, Computer Graphics, or a related field.
