Definition
Working under the supervision of the Human Resource Operations Head in Sri Lanka. This will be a fulltime employment which seek to gain knowledge of the companies’ procedures and expand their work ethic.
Job Responsibilities
• Maintain physical personal files & all correspondence of employees and ensure digital copies are uploaded on to the HRIS profile.
• Manage documentation for internal and external purposes and support the integrity of our data by running regular audits and reporting internally.
• Assist in conducting orientation program and briefing to new joinees.
• Providing support in day-to-day HR Operations such as Onboarding, Offboarding, QMS and Insurance.
• Assist in developing best HR strategies, practices, and procedures to support the implementation of effective HR operation methods within the organization.
• Handling EPF, ETF registration and claims of employees.
• Ensure staff adherence to company HR policies.
Job Requirements
• Degree qualification in Human Resource Management/ Business Management.
• Minimum 02 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
• Excellent communication, administrative skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under minimum supervision.
• Reporting and analytics skills would be an added advantage.
• Computer literate particularly with MS Office package.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail, willingness to develop & learn new skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and efficiently.
• Positive & pro-active attitude towards work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Discretion, confidentiality, integrity and professionalism at all times.
