Executive – Group Lean Enterprise
Process Excellence is a collaboration of Autonomation and Lean Concepts, aiming to ensure that our inbuilt processes are of quality through Industrial Engineering/Production Engineering while supporting organization wide machine scale up through a team solely dedicated to building Autonomation solutions while establishing Lean Concepts within MAS, in manufacturing and beyond”.
Embark on a journey of change with MAS, by joining the MAS Innovation team as an Executive – Group Lean Enterprise to assist in rolling out MOS initiatives / projects, develop team members and coordinate belt trainings to ensure the availability of competent individuals to share the MOS practices, Lean concepts & tools in the Strategic Business Units in order to improve productivity and quality of the operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Engage in Gemba Walks with process owners on a regular basis at the SBUs, understand the current situation and assist to identify process deviation.
• Support process owners in reviewing the ongoing projects using the identified Lean tools & PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Adjust) thinking in order to ensure achievement of set milestones.
• Engage on the select pilot projects on the production floor / operations and facilitate smooth rollout.
• Facilitate & capture learnings from consultant visits and ensure learnings are recorded & retained for future reference.
• Support in deploying daily management systems for the respective projects / initiatives to monitor status / variance through reports, graphs / visual displays and aid management decision making.
• Create dashboards / visual management for the projects / initiatives, collate data and highlight abnormalities to assist effective monitoring & review process.
• Coordinate calibrations and assist the SBU management teams to monitor achievement / progress against the MAS standard way of operating.
• Gather data on performance of belt holders, business benefits accrued and facilitate monitoring post training engagement initiatives and follow-up.
Qualifications, Experience, Skill, and Competencies:
• Degree in Textile Technology, Physical Science, Textile / Mechanical / Electronics / Chemical / Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, Product Development Engineering or any other relevant field / equivalent professional qualification.
• 1 – 2 years of experience in a similar capacity
