Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive-Finance & Administration at BDO in Sri Lanka., located in Colombo. The role involves day-to-day financial planning, analytical tasks, communication with stakeholders, and overseeing accounting activities.
Responsibilities
• Acting as the administrative point of contact between the internal and external clients
• Undertaking the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
• Ability to coordinate with Audit team and the Deputy Managing Partner to streamline the operation
• Attend to all types of correspondence independently filling, maintaining the documents and records systematically.
Qualifications
· Partly qualified in CA/ACCA or CIMA
· Minimum I year experience in similar capacity
· Proficiency in English
· High level verbal and written communications skills
· Capability of work under minimum supervision
