Qualifications:
• Full/Part qualification in Marketing, Graphic Design, Event Management, or a related field from a recognized institute.
• Prior experience in promotions and event management.
• Excellent communication and public relation skills.
• Good IT / graphic design knowledge.
• Self-motivated and a problem solver with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, both independently, as well as collaboratively.
• Should have an outgoing and pleasant personality.
• Age between 25 35.
Responsibilities:
• Planning and assisting in the development of events & promotions-related activities and calendar.
• Execution and coordination of all planned events & promotions.
• Liaising with all media agencies and ad agencies relating to promotions.
• Coordination of all 3rd party events and promotions within the mall.
• Promotional campaign analytics and reporting.
• Coordination with tenants with regard to joint promotion activities and events.
• Design and produce marketing materials, including flyers, banners, brochures, and digital graphics.
• Coordination of all print material for promotions and events.
• Assist in any other assignments or projects as and when required by the head of department.
