At DaddysLanka Autism Centre, we do all we can to help children with special needs and their parents live a better life that is more accepted by society. As part of our journey, we’re looking for team members who can join up on our administration and management side!

We don’t believe that prior experience or qualifications are the most important factor in these roles – in fact, we welcome those who are just starting out in their careers. All we look for is a positive attitude, a desire to learn, and ability in computing and language (both Sinhala and English).

What will this role look like?

– This role will involve your participation in communication related activities, helping our team coordinate frequent communication with parents of children with special needs

– This role also involves the opportunity to work with the execution of internal projects for improving our organization

– As you prove yourself in the above two broad roles, we hope you would go up the ladder and reach senior management in as little as two years! Of course, if you’re really capable – this could even happen before that.

What will pay look like?

– Your pay will start at a minimum of Rs. 30,000 per month (depending on your skills and abilities, the starting pay could be upto Rs. 50,000). Depending on your performance you can be paid additional quarterly bonuses upto 300% of your monthly salary (making your effective monthly payment Rs. 40,000 if your starting pay was Rs. 30,000).

– If you do move up the ladder as we hope, you can expect your salary to reach (in today’s terms) Rs. 60,000-80,000 at the end of the first year and above Rs. 150,000 within 2 years.
