We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for numbers to join and grow with ikman.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN INDIVIDUAL WHO HAS

1+ years of experience in Field sales / Business development
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
Successfully completed CIM/SLIM part or full qualification
Valid rider’s license and a motorbike is mandatory
Resides in or around Kandy / Kalutara / Matara / Jaffna / Batticaloa.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Achieve the set sales targets and KPI’s within the stipulated period
Carry out relevant tasks set out by the Team Lead towards achieving set goals
Create / Manage / Nurture / Maintain a strong customer pipeline to ensure continuous sales growth
Provide relevant market / competitor feedback on a regular basis to your respective lead
Educate and train customers to maximize the benefit of their membership through effective ad posting / boosting at the right times
Maintain the highest level of integrity and work ethic at all times
