Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Bancassurance at LOLC Life Assurance in Kalubowila. The Executive Bancassurance will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to selling insurance products through bank partnerships, meeting sales targets, building relationships with bank partners, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications
• Experience in bancassurance sales and insurance products
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of insurance regulations and products
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Certification in Insurance or Bancassurance is a plus
