Role Description

This is a full-time Executive Bancassurance role at LOLC Life Assurance located in Colombo. The Executive Bancassurance will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to developing and managing bancassurance partnerships, promoting insurance products through banks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. This is an on-site position.

Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of bancassurance operations and insurance products
• Experience in developing and managing bancassurance partnerships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
• Sales and negotiation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Relevant certifications in insurance or bancassurance
