Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive – Bancassurance at LOLC Life Assurance in Colombo. The Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with partner banks, promoting insurance products, and achieving sales targets. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and providing support to partner bank staff on insurance-related queries.
Qualifications
• Experience in bancassurance sales and relationship management
• Knowledge of insurance products and regulations
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to meet sales targets and work independently
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
• Professional certifications in insurance or banking industry are a plus
