The company imports premium grape juices from its parent winery in Ravenna, Italy, to produce a diverse range of high-quality wines that reflect a touch of Italy’s tradition and excellence.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Administration position at Lanka Wine Pvt Ltd in Kalutara. The role involves overseeing daily administrative tasks, managing office operations, coordinating meetings and events, handling correspondence, and assisting senior management with various projects and tasks.

Qualifications
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in office management or administrative support
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of Italian language or culture is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
