Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Moratuwa for an Event Manager. The Event Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of event planning and execution. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure events are delivered on time and within budget. The Event Manager will develop event concepts, manage event schedules, handle logistics, and troubleshoot any issues that arise during events to ensure flawless execution.

Qualifications
• Minimum 03 years experience in event planning, event coordination, and vendor management
• Strong organizational, project management, Negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously
• Basic understanding of event logistics, budgeting, and vendor coordination.
• Knowledge of lighting equipment, LED walls, and audio-video solutions is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field is a plus
• Proficiency in English & Sinhala (Tamil is a plus).
