About the Role
We’re looking for Event Coordinators to manage parties and special gatherings at a collection of resorts and properties in Sri Lanka. Whether you’re a fresh graduate or someone with experience, if you have the drive to create seamless events and handle international guests, we want you on board.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Planning and coordinating events, parties, and special gatherings
• Ensuring guests have a fantastic and hassle-free experience
• Communicating with foreign guests and managing their event requirements
• Overseeing event logistics, from decorations to catering and entertainment
• Handling any on-site issues to make sure everything runs smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
• Outgoing, energetic, and charismatic individuals
• Strong communication skills (English proficiency is a needed)
• Ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks at once
• A valid driving license is a plus
• Freshers are welcome – we value personality and passion over experience
