The academy was established over a decade ago to create a community where children can attend a program that blends early childhood education and care. Our goal is to teach individuals the skills and knowledge required to provide the best care for our children.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Enrollment Coordinator located in Nawala. The Enrollment Coordinator will be responsible for managing the enrollment process, maintaining communication with prospective students, providing customer service, and ensuring the student application process is completed accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications
• Enrollment Management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Sinhala
• Excellent customer service skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus
• Ability to work on Saturday
• Remuneration package of salary and commission
