Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an English Second Language Instructor located in Colombo. As an English Second Language Instructor, your responsibilities will include conducting English language classes, developing customized lesson plans, assessing students’ language proficiency, providing feedback and guidance, and creating a supportive learning environment.

Qualifications
• A Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field
• Proven experience in teaching English as a second language
• Excellent knowledge of English grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to students’ needs and learning styles
• Patient, approachable, and supportive attitude towards students
• Familiarity with language assessment tools and techniques
• TEFL or TESOL certification is preferred
• Experience teaching online or using online learning platforms is a plus
