Duties:
• Develop, plan, and lead business English courses tailored to diverse learning needs
• Adapt and enhance existing lesson plans
• Assess English language levels and student needs
• Create engaging activities and meaningful homework assignments
• Thrive in an innovative, start-up-like environment that values time, resources, and flexibility
• Incorporate cutting-edge pedagogical techniques, media, and emerging technology into classroom activities
• Opportunity to teach youth learners, subject to proper background checks and verification
Experience Required:
• Professional experience in a corporate environment
• International and/or cross-cultural working experience
• International education experience (as learner or facilitator) strongly preferred
• Experience in training, capacity building, or adult education is preferred
• Native or near-native fluency in English
• Strong public speaking skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong work ethic with a proactive and persistent approach
• Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university
• High emotional intelligence is essential for the role
• Demonstrated professionalism and punctuality
• Willingness to undergo training to enhance classroom skills
