Email Marketing Associate

Job description
Education/ Experience and Skills Requirement:
• Willingness to work during UK or US business hours
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, marketing, communications or a related field
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in email design and distribution using Adobe Experience Manager/Pardot/SFMC/Marketo
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful email marketing campaigns
• Familiarity with marketing automation, lead nurturing and segmentation strategies
• Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template design and customisation
• In-depth knowledge of best practices in email marketing, including deliverability, engagement and compliance
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams
• Solution-oriented, with the ability to ensure quality, pay attention to detail, maintain accuracy & efficiency and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge/interest in capital markets, funds and asset management (preferred)

Responsibilities:
• Create compelling email templates, components and assets that align with branding guidelines and the target audience’s preferences
• Plan, execute and analyse end-to-end email marketing campaigns using Adobe Experience Manager/Pardot/SFMC/Marketo
• Develop and implement segmentation, personalisation and A/B testing strategies to optimise campaign performance
• Build and maintain automated email workflows to streamline the customer journey
• Implement lead nurturing programs to enhance engagement and conversion rates
• Manage and segment email lists for targeted and personalised communication
• Conduct thorough testing of email campaigns to ensure compatibility across various devices and email clients
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers and marketing strategists, to align email campaigns with overall marketing objectives
