Join our Team as Director of Sales – Corporate!

As Director of Sales – Corporate, we rely on you to:
• Lead the sales team in designing and implementing the sales strategy with an objective of maximizing the revenue.
• Develop strategies to secure and maintain preferred hotel status for corporate accounts and optimize revenue contributions from these managed accounts.
• Participate in business reviews and the annual budget process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, decision-makers, and industry leaders.
• Lead and motivate the corporate sales team.
• Drive sales and service standards of the team.
• Be responsible for effective implementation and compliance of all corporate standards.
• Take responsibility for overall branding, revenue, and sales channel optimization of the hotel.
• Maintain sales volume by tracking changing trends, economic indicators, competitors, and supply and demand .
• Actively supports and executes group-wide sales initiatives.

We Are Looking For Someone Who
• Has more than 8 years of experience in a similar role in a 5* hotel or a similar background.
• Is an excellent presenter and communicator.
• Is self- driven, goal-oriented, and has the ability to challenge the status quo.
• Upholds professional values, ethics, and integrity at all times.
• Enjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions.
• Thinks outside the box whilst leading change in the hotel.
• Preferably has a Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing.
• Understands the global market and local environment.
• Communicates and writes with fluency in English.
• Has strong interpersonal skills.
