Director of Program Management

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate the of multiple programs ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and R&D processes.
• Manage associated risks and ensure delivery against agreed timelines and objectives.
• Foster crossfunctional collaboration to develop new functionality with a strong emphasis on customer adoption and satisfaction.
• Recruit build and lead a highperforming team.
• Conduct performance reviews 1on1s and employee engagement activities.
• Inspire colleagues customers and partners by explaining plans demonstrating product capabilities and presenting our vision strategy and roadmap.
• Continuously expand domain knowledge share experience and guide others.
• Actively engage in crosscollaborative activities forums and guilds to enhance productivity processes and organizational efficiency.
• Interact and collaborate effectively across all parts of R&D and the wider organization.

• Proven experience in program management and leading crossfunctional teams.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple programs and associated risks.
• A track record of delivering value and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
