Job description

The ideal candidate for the Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager position should possess high standards and excellent communication skills. This full-time role requires the ability to take initiative, prioritize daily digital marketing, social media management, and SEO tasks.

Responsibilities
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
• Identify and prioritize key digital channels for maximum impact, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve desired KPIs.
• Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (blogs, articles, infographics, videos, etc.) that aligns with brand messaging and goals.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to build brand awareness and engage with the audience.
• Create and schedule content across various social media platforms.
• Monitor social media performance, engage with followers, and manage community interactions.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.

Qualifications
• Language: Professional fluency in English, with superb communication skills (reading, writing, speaking) is a must.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing.
• Ability to create graphics, including images, infographics, and short videos (minimum proficiency with Canva).
• Proficiency in using ChatGPT and other AI tools for various tasks.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent understanding of PPC, display advertising, social media advertising, and other performance marketing channels.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
