Job description
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote NOLIMIT (along with private labels), and its products or services. This role involves various tasks, including content creation, social media management, performance marketing, SEO and SEM.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute & manage digital marketing campaigns on both META & Google platforms.
• Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels.
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve conversion rates and ROI.
• Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated with industry trends.
• Manage all NOLIMIT Sri Lanka & NOLIMIT Online social media handles and engage with followers to
enhance brand loyalty.
• Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and strategic posting on all platforms.
• Content creation & management.
• Measure and prepare reports on social media & digital performance campaigns.
Qualifications & Preferred Skills
• Possess a professional qualification in Marketing (CIM, SLIM or any other equivalent).
• Proven working experience in digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience in setting up Meta & Google Ads.
• Solid knowledge of performance marketing, conversion ads, and online customer acquisition.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Creative and innovative mindset.
