Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Industry: BPO

Experience: Minimum 3 Years

Location: [Kohuwala]
Working hours : 8:00AM to 6:00PM

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence and drive lead generation in the BPO industry. The role requires an individual with a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record in managing successful digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

•Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing).
•Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
•Optimize website and content for search engines to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
•Manage and maintain the company’s social media presence, including creating and curating engaging content.
•Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
•Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, and provide regular reports on metrics and ROI.
•Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce high-quality marketing materials.
•Implement and manage email marketing campaigns, including designing templates, segmenting audiences, and analyzing campaign performance.
•Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve marketing efforts.
•Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals and drive lead generation.
•Manage and optimize the company’s online reputation through effective digital PR and online review management.
•Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
•Provide training and support to junior team members and other departments as needed.
•Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to improve digital marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or an equivalent qualification.
• 3 years of work experience in a similar capacity.
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts.
