We’re a bold and stylish fashion brand looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant/Social Media Coordinator who’s creative, detail-oriented, and digitally skilled. If you’ve worked in fashion or lifestyle marketing, know how to create eye-catching content, and understand how to grow engagement online—this role is for you.

Responsibilities
• Create and manage content across all major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
• Design promotional graphics, campaign materials, and marketing assets (Canva/Adobe Suite)
• Shoot and edit photo/video content for reels, stories, ads, promotions, new arrivals, and BTS content
• Write engaging captions and schedule regular content to grow reach and engagement
• Regularly update our websites (Shopify and Wix) with new products, banners, and offers
• Run and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns at a medium level
• Track social media performance, generate insights, and suggest improvements
• Support marketing campaigns, product launches, and influencer collaborations
• Monitor social media performance and suggest creative content strategies
• Assist in photoshoots, content planning, and influencer collaborations

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
• Experience in social media and content creation, preferably fashion or lifestyle
• Strong communication, multitasking and analytical skills

What we are looking for
• 1+ year of experience in social media and content creation (preferably fashion or lifestyle)
• Strong graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator
• Confident with basic video editing (Reels, CapCut, Lightroom or similar)
• Medium-level understanding of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Business Manager)
• Knowledge of Shopify and Wix for website updates
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English
• Passionate about fashion, trends, and creating content that connects

Bonus points if you have
• Experience with influencer marketing or styling
• Familiarity with email marketing tools
• Experience creating viral Reels or TikToks
• Previous work with e-commerce or service-based businesses
