DEPARTMENT COORDINATOR

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist management with administrative tasks, including drafting correspondence and maintaining records.
• Coordinate sales meetings, track itineraries, and review expenses.
• Support sales promotions, sponsorships, and help organize principal visits.
• Handle customer complaints, conduct surveys, and manage customer communication.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the department.
• Assist the sales team with productivity and help manage assigned tasks.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities to reduce overhead expenses.
Qualifications:
• G.C.E. (A/L) in Commerce or Science stream.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A Diploma in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• A team player who is eager to support the department and contribute to its success.
