The ideal candidate will have the following skills & experience.
Qualifications & Requirements:
At least 3 years of corporate experience in similar position
Excellent English skills : both oral and written
High level proficiency on MS Office applications & experience in Quickbooks (or similar)
Exceptional admin skills with ability to multi-task
Work independently a well as in a team environment
Must be very organised with an attention to detail
Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain and enhance client relationships both in person (showroom clients) and over phone
General admin duties, incl. raising system generated invoicing, credit notes, purchase orders, general letter writing, filing etc.
Support & Coordination for Senior Management
