We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth communication with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Document all customer-related information and activities.
Prepare reports and manage documentation using MS Office tools.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Requirements:
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle stressful situations and manage time effectively.
A customer-oriented mindset and the ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in a customer service role.
Additional languages would be a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
