Customer Care Officer – Material Handling Division
Key Requirements:
• Passed G.C.E. (Advanced Level) in Mathematics stream.
Key Responsibilities:
• Estimate preparation for breakdowns and services.
• Preparation of Service agreements and co-ordination with customers.
• PM entering for assets.
• Job scheduling, job creation and job closing.
• Daily time-sheet updating of the technical staff.
• Payment follow-up for services and breakdowns and maintaining service / project files.
• Requesting material and spare part stock maintenance.
• Co-ordination of entry permits.
• Arranging dispatch notes and invoices co-ordination with Finance department.
• Maintain the product catalogs, brochures, technical manuals of the divisional product portfolio.
• Support sales team in marketing events.
