As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients. Your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service and support, ensuring a positive experience with our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Provide accurate information about our insurance products and services.

Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.

Process policy applications, claims, and renewals.

Maintain detailed and accurate customer records.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and their needs are met.

Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Customer Service Executive or similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
