Credit Analyst (Credit Hub) – Corporate Banking Department

Job description

You should ideally;
• Possess a degree or full professional qualification acceptable to the Bank
• Possess 5 years of executive experience in the banking/finance field preferably with exposure to commercial banking and project lending
• Possess a fair knowledge on financial statements analysis
• Be able to analyse diverse industries
• Have an awareness of the business, commercial & economic environment
• Capable of maintaining the quality of credit proposals and timely completion of same
• Be able to collaborate in a team and driving joint outcomes
• Have good communication and interpersonal skills

You will be responsible for;
• Evaluation of credit proposals on projects, term lending facilities and revolving facilities (new and enhancements)
• Evaluation of individual company reviews
• Evaluation of group reviews
• Establishing appropriate credit structures and providing recommendations to mitigate the credit risk
• Identification of early warning signs to mitigate the credit risk (including the monitoring of special conditions)
• Assisting the Relationship Managers in the restructure of credit facilities
• Accompanying the relationship manager on client visits when necessary
