About This Role

As a Creative Designer with a strong focus on videography, you will play a vital role in shaping and enhancing Corzent’s visual storytelling. Your work will drive brand consistency and creative innovation while supporting global and local initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, create, and edit high-quality video and animation content for various platforms, including social media, marketing campaigns, and event coverage.
• Manage all aspects of video and animation production, from storyboarding and scripting to post-production and final delivery.
• Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all videos, animation, and graphic content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, HR, and development, to align creative strategies with business objectives.
• Conceptualize and design visually engaging motion graphics and 2D/3D animations that enhance storytelling and brand messaging.
• Create visually compelling graphic elements that align with Corzent’s brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and effective integration across video and animation projects.
• Design promotional materials, including event branding, merchandise, and social media content.

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess:
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Animate is mandatory.
• Experience in Davinci, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other industry-standard software is preferred.
• Strong portfolio showcasing videography, motion graphics, and animation projects is mandatory.
• Ability to think strategically, work independently, communicate ideas effectively, and guide the creative process from concept to execution.
• Up-to-date knowledge of current design, animation, and digital trends, with a passion for innovation.
• A keen eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and motion design.
• Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience in 2D animation, motion graphics, or 3D animation is highly preferred.
