Cadd Impact is a dynamic digital marketing agency in Sri Lanka specializing in providing top-notch creative solutions across various sectors, including technology, education, cafes, restaurants, and consumer brands. Responsibilities

Graphic Design:
• Create engaging and visually appealing graphics, layouts, and illustrations.
• Develop design concepts that align with client requirements and brand guidelines.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and design principles.
• Prepare artwork for digital and print media.

Video Production:
• Produce high-quality Short video content using CapCut (or any software) or Adobe Premiere.
• Edit and enhance video footage, including colour correction, audio balancing, and effects.
• Develop creative storyboards and scripts for video projects.

Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing, branding, and development teams to ensure design consistency across all media.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and deliver designs that exceed their expectations.

Creative Input:
• Contribute innovative ideas to campaigns and projects, ensuring a fresh and modern approach.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to continually improve the quality of work.

Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a creative design role within an agency setting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, and other Adobe Suite tools.
• Experience with video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design and video projects.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work onsite at our office in Nawala, Sri Lanka.
• Animation skill is an added advantage
