Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Country Operations Manager to lead and manage our operations across Sri Lanka. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the banking industry, a proven track record of success in managing operations, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
• Business Continuity: Oversee and ensure that Business Continuity Plans are in place and cover Business Resumption, Continuity of Operations, Incident Management and Disaster Recovery plans.
• Centralization: Develop and execute centralization of various functions across the Country to achieve cost effectiveness, better controls, maximize efficiency, and ensure achievement of revenue and P&L targets.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory and operational frameworks and requirements of the Bank, internal/external authorities and regulators.
• Customer Satisfaction: Work closely with the relevant support departments to ensure high customer satisfaction in the bank, ensure timely resolution of customer complaints & queries, evaluate feedback from internal & external customers, monitor all developments in the client business and industry to ensure expectations of all stakeholders are met.
• Team Management: Provide training and guidance to subordinates enhancing the team’s overall processing capability.
• Reporting: Responsible for submission of weekly/monthly/quarterly and annual returns to Head Office/ Central Bank and other regulatory authorities.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree and MBA
• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in Bank Operations
• Minimum 5 years experience in Trade Operations
