• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership by presenting compelling, data-driven recommendations that enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes.
• Data Visualization & Business Storytelling
• Design executive-level dashboards that transform complex datasets into clear, impactful narratives, enabling leaders to make informed decisions swiftly.
• Process Optimization & Innovation
• Lead the refinement of performance measurement processes, implementing industry best practices to enhance data collection, reporting accuracy, and business insights.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Engage with key stakeholders across all business units to ensure alignment on KPIs, performance drivers, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, PMP, Six Sigma) are an advantage.

Experience:
• 4+ years of experience in corporate performance analysis, business intelligence, or strategy consulting.
• Proven track record in presenting performance insights to senior executives and board-level stakeholders.
• Expertise in KPI tracking, performance reporting, and executive communication.

Skills:
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to link performance data to broader organizational objectives.
